Where to find cheap, clear shot glasses?

My friend is turning 21 and I wanted to decorate a shot glass for her. Is that a good idea? Where to find these shot glasses? I don't anything fancy, just a plain, old shot glass. Are they cheap? Check the Goodwill for really cheap (under $1) shot glasses. U can get 'em at Wal-Mart, too. I like the decorating a shot glass idea.

Cheap as in glass or plastic? Because you can buy bright colored clear plastic shot glasses two for a dollar at most ABC's/normal liquor store.
I bought a set of 6 shot glasses at the dollarama.
