I Started Drinking 8 Glasses Of Water Every Day A Few Months Ago And I Haven't Looked Back! It Made A Huge Difference For Me. Of Course, It'll Be More Effective If You Combine It With A Thorough Skin Care Regime. Cleanse, Tone And Moisturise Twice Daily And Steam And Exfoliate Your Face Once Every Week. I Think You'll Be Impressed By The Results! Good Luck =]8 glasses of water a day to clear face? true or false?
Its true man.. that and washing your face properly, eating correctly, excersise will help out your face.
Not enough. there are many more thing to be done to get a clear skin
True
it is true,,
False. All it will do is make you pee ALOT more. Other than keeping you face clean and eating right, there's not much you can do. It's a part of growing up for some of us.
I don't think so. It didn't work for me. It all depends on your skin. Each person is different.
Drinking water in reasonable amounts is good for overall body health. Water assists in the flushing or removal of harmful toxins from the body. It helps to keep cells properly hydrated and helps in the transport of nutrients.
Unless you are severly dehydrated, drinking a lot of water will not help in moisturizing the skin. It is best to use a moisturizer for that.
Does it help acne? Directly, probably not. Indirectly, there may be a link to the flushing of toxins from the body with water and less acne. Less toxins, less acne. It is possible, but the link is far from being scientifically established. It won't hurt to drink reasonable amounts of water, but there are other ways to treat acne more effectively.
just drinking that amount of water per day alone will not clear up your face. There is more too it than that.
1st don't touch or rub your face when your hands are dirty. (that can irrittate your skin and cause more blemishes)
wash your face daily in the morning, and night.
if you use any face cleansers wet your face and use warm water, then use a moisturiser. (do not use bar soap or hand soap... they are sometimes too harsh for your face) You can use facial oil absorbing sheets... the ones by clean and clear are good
I have heard from other yahoo answers questions that you can blob some toothpaste (not the gel kind) on the blemish and wait for it to dry, leave it for the night and wash it off in the morning.
drink the water and eat healthy foods (fruits vegetables etc.)
these are some tips. hope I helped!
Yes its true, but everyones skin is different though. But when I started drinking 8 glasses of water a day, I noticed a HUGE difference.
that might have some truth to it, but I think that it takes more than that. I use a gentle facial scrub made by Clearskin and can be purchaed at WalMart. It it inexpensive and makes my skin feel fresh and clean. Used each night seems to work great.
drink alot of water and wash ur face at night, i use aprocate skrub (bad spelling)
It will help, as long as you have a good skin regimen. If you cleanse with a gentle cleanser and your HANDS, and you drink plenty of water, it should help. The reason? Because for most people, there are certain foods that make them break out. When you drink water, it helps clear out all the toxins.
My dermatologist(not sure of spelling) told me that is a myth. I have found that tanning and direct sun bake them out. It works for me. I also use a biore astringent after washing my face first. There is also some new device called zeno that a friend swears by. I also know people who have done chemical peels but, that is very expensive.Hope this helps.
