Anyone know what the stuff is called and where you get it from, to make clear glass obscure its a spray???

it comes in a spraycan you can get it at home depot i think its called window frost
spraypaint... it is cheap and colorful and it will run $1 to $5 a can. check the label and make sure that it will adhere to glass and that it is indoor/outdoor formula (waterproof) if you are going to be using it in a bathroom. if you tape the sill with painter's tape beforehand, you can even scrape the windows clean with a razorblade when you decide to move. it is all very simple, believe it or not.
Etching compond for glass, it comes as a cream you smear on and it will make it frosty looking.
It's called something like Spray Etch and you can get it in, for example, B%26amp;Q, near in the same place as you find such things as radiator paints etc.

obscure? look up the definition that word and consider rewording your question....I think maybe you mean opaque...
Hi Liz, I assume you mean the silver type of spray you often see on car windows? Have you tried car accessory shops, you may need to look for the shops who tend to sell customising bits and pieces? Good luck!
