Where can I get those glasses with the clear lens. They are black and are kind of like a 50's style?

I'm looking for them. I live in Australia and I can't find any. They are kind of like the ones that Twtich had from the American SYTYCD. here is a picture of the ones im after. The problem is, the frames...they cost alot.





Do you need them for your eye sight. Or just to look cool?
