I would like to know what are the specifications of 10mm clear tempered glass and 10mm dark temperedclearglass?

In terms of its k value ( thermal conductivity) ThanksI would like to know what are the specifications of 10mm clear tempered glass and 10mm dark temperedclearglass?
You can check the master format - Construction Specifications. I think it's csinet dot org. Most Architects and Engineers reference this format when developing project manuals for construction projects. That means, your glass, if required in the project, would be specified by the definition in the master format.

You can buy these expensive books but the CSI website has the 2004 master format available in PDF format for download - free.

Also, they may reference the ASTM or ANSI specs and that is another organization that tests products and may have your thermal conductivity information. You can go to their webpage. There are different classes of materials so you need to determine what class of glass you are looking at.

Check Glazing in Section 08 of the CSI master format. That will cover some of the films and coatings for windows. Doing a search for Division 08 specs R value or something along those lines will give you many manufacturer specs and that may give you some additional resources.

Now, what is important is the application of the glass. Do you want to keep heat out as in a low E application or absorb heat for a solar benefit? Tempered glass has it's own specifications for strength and you are also adding variables for glazing and R value. There is soft and hard Low E applications of the glass and the R value is different for each.

If you can give a little more info, I might be able to get you specifics but right now, it's alot of research not knowing what your scenario is.
