My clear, colorless, drinking glasses are hazy after many washes in my dishwasher. What can I do to clean this haze off the glass?How do I clean hazy dishwasher detergent off my clear drinking glasses?

Wash them in warm, soapy water, and soak in the sink in white vinegar.





Change dishwasher detergents, too. You apparently have hard water, and the new ';pillows'; do a good job on most things, but you should also run a couple of cups of vinegar through the wash cycle too.





They may be too etched from your hard water's calcium deposits to remove the 'whitish' appearance. If your glassware, flatware, and china are precious to you, don't use the dishwasher. Do them by hand in washing soda, Borax, and vinegar rinse in the future.
use straight vinegar to try and wipe away the film,,if it does not wipe away its whats called soft water etching and it has permanently etched the glass,,it has to do with a reaction between your soft water and your detergent,nothing u can do about it,if it wipes away its hard water film.
If it is haze then your dishwasher is due for a deliming. Jet Spray sells a cleaner. You place the bottle in your empty machine and run it through the normal cycle. Then add Jet Dry in the proper dispenser so future loads come out clear. The haze is from chemicals in your water and not the detergent.
